🕊️ Prayer Vigil for Haiti – A Spiritual Call for the Deliverance of a Nation

NYC FAITH LEADERS & NATIONAL ACTION NETWORK: A NIGHT OF PRAYER FOR HAITI, THE FIRST BLACK REPUBLIC IN THE WORLD

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He chose for His inheritance.”

— Psalm 33:12

As Haiti’s cries of distress echo beyond its borders—stricken by insecurity, poverty, and chaos—New York’s spiritual leaders are uniting for a historic gathering: a powerful prayer vigil, a heartfelt plea for divine deliverance.

On Thursday, June 19th at 7:00 PM, the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn will open its doors to all those who still believe that God can heal a broken nation.

📍 Venue: Christian Cultural Center
📍 Address: 12020 Flatlands Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207
🎙️ Host Pastor: Rev. A. R. Bernard
🎤 Special Guest: Rev. Al Sharpton, along with several New York City elected officials

An Intercession for Spiritual Liberation

This gathering, held in partnership with the National Action Network (NAN), is more than a religious event. It is a sacred call to stand in the gap (Ezekiel 22:30) and intercede for Haiti with tears, with faith, and with unshakable hope.

Haiti’s story was born in struggle and blood—but it can be reborn in prayer.

Breaking the Visible and Invisible Chains

Haiti groans under the weight of centuries-old chains: violence, corruption, and extreme poverty. Yet, God has never turned His back on the oppressed. In Scripture, collective prayer has overthrown empires, shattered yokes, and brought dry bones back to life.

A Solemn Moment, a Divine Appointment

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me… to proclaim freedom for the captives… to set the oppressed free.”

— Luke 4:18

On this night of prayer, we will not wave banners—we will raise our hearts. We will not seek attention from the media—but we will reach heaven with our cries. Haiti will not be forgotten. She will be brought before the throne of God.

“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray… I will heal their land.”

— 2 Chronicles 7:14

🎯 You are expected. You are called.

Haiti needs men and women standing tall on their knees. This vigil is a prophetic declaration: faith has not abandoned the Haitian people—nor those who stand with them.
