la Coop\u00e9ration externe, Sandra Paulemon, a r\u00e9uni ce vendredi les responsables de la planification des minist\u00e8res sectoriels dans le cadre d\u2019un atelier consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du programme d\u2019investissements publics rectificatif pour l\u2019exercice 2025-2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organis\u00e9e sur instruction du Premier ministre Alix Didier Fils-Aim\u00e9, cette rencontre vise \u00e0 renforcer la coordination institutionnelle dans la planification des investissements publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours des discussions, la ministre a rappel\u00e9 que le programme d\u2019investissements publics constitue un outil strat\u00e9gique permettant de mettre en \u0153uvre les priorit\u00e9s nationales \u00e0 travers des projets financ\u00e9s par les ressources de l\u2019\u00c9tat et les partenaires de la coop\u00e9ration internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de proposer des projets align\u00e9s sur les grandes priorit\u00e9s d\u00e9finies dans le pacte national pour la stabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019organisation des \u00e9lections sign\u00e9 le 21 f\u00e9vrier 2026, notamment en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de redressement \u00e9conomique et de pr\u00e9paration du processus \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ministre a en outre appel\u00e9 les responsables de la planification des minist\u00e8res \u00e0 tenir compte de la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des institutions publiques afin de garantir une programmation coh\u00e9rente et r\u00e9alisable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenant part \u00e0 cette activit\u00e9, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019institution, Guy Romeo Latry, ainsi que le directeur de cabinet de la ministre, Ruddy Mentor, ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec les repr\u00e9sentants des minist\u00e8res sectoriels sur les orientations et les exigences techniques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du programme d\u2019investissements publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En conclusion, la ministre a exhort\u00e9 les acteurs impliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 faire preuve d\u2019engagement et de professionnalisme afin que ce processus contribue \u00e0
