rappel\u00e9, dans une note d\u2019information dat\u00e9e du 9 f\u00e9vrier 2026, les obligations l\u00e9gales relatives \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de patrimoine de sortie pr\u00e9vues par la loi du 12 f\u00e9vrier 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon l\u2019ULCC, les anciennes hautes personnalit\u00e9s politiques, les directeurs et les membres de cabinets doivent effectuer leur d\u00e9claration de patrimoine dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de trente (30) jours suivant la fin de leur mandat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9claration doit \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au greffe du Tribunal civil comp\u00e9tent, correspondant au domicile du d\u00e9clarant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ULCC indique que cette exigence l\u00e9gale vise \u00e0 garantir la transparence et la redevabilit\u00e9 dans la gestion des affaires publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cas de non-respect de cette obligation dans le d\u00e9lai prescrit, des poursuites judiciaires peuvent \u00eatre engag\u00e9es pour d\u00e9faut de d\u00e9claration de patrimoine.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"xs_social_share_widget xs_share_url
